  Hello everyone:

I am headed off on what feels like my first real vacation in a few years! Not a complete vacation, I am planning to work on my book and the update for this course while I am away, and will check mail when I can find a cybercafe...

I msay not b able to respond to tea room posts or email before Aug. 2nd, 2005

Enjoy your vacation Mystress!  And try not to work -too- much. :) Allow yourself some peace & quiet.

  Thanks, Gustaf!

Funny thing, your suggestion about not working too much. I forgot the CD I made with the work I planned to do, in the computer at home. It was about a week later I found a cybercafe to download stuff and make a new CD... and I could not open the book file because druid's laptop does not have "word" installed.
Seemed things were conspiring to give me a more total vacation! I surrendered to that... except for locating cybercafes every few days to check my email, and I did work on three FST lesson updates.

I have to say, two weeks sailing the Gulf islands is a very relaxing vacation. I am jello. Did some fishing, some swimming, messed around with some beadwork, silly stuff like sewing beads onto my jeans. Tried to make a headpiece, ended up with a very pretty bead doily. Never seen a bead doily before but now I have one. The flag of the good ship Far Cove is a doily, so maybe it was her doing...
Read some novels. Carved and painted some wood. Hiked, cycled. Shopped, went to museums and galleries. Had a fabulous time!

I usually make a website of my vacation to share with my Tribe. I'll post the URL when it is done. Technically I'm not back yet... we got home from sailing today but we are going to a pagan camping thing tomorrow, won't be back till Monday night.
 Blessings!
