Hey all,

I was wondering; when you ask your body a question and the feeling you get is an incredible sadness in the heart, gut or throat chakras, or sadness in all these chakras at once, what does that typically mean? I remember once during a solo tantra meditation, I asked a question and got a strong yes answer followed by overwhelming sadness. In that case, the answer turned out to be yes, but there was a lot of sorrow from past issues that took a while to clear.

Sometimes I just get the sad feeling in a chakra without a yes or no answer.

In others' experiences, what does sadness indicate as the body's way of answering a question? The feeling is almost like part of the  chakra is weeping. Wow, typing that last sentence made me feel so sad I'm crying now!

I guess sometimes clearing the sorrow out of the chakra is more important than the yes/no answer.
