Please help me!

I'm presently doing a massive update on the site, dunno when it will be completed, considering everything else I have on my plate.

  Recently one of my Priestesses wrote to her list, that three of them could not keep up with the email and traffic to her one tiny website and I cracked up laughing, thinking "How does she think I have been dealing with more than 10x that much by myself, all these years??"

 That seemed like a strange thought so I turned it around and asked the question to myself. Sat with it for a few days, and what came to mind is someone I used to know who had a paper route as her regular job. It appeared to be wearing her to the bone, and she had done it for years. When she finally quit, it took 8 people to replace her!

 I realized I have probably been trying to do the work of more than 10 people these past years, no wonder my feeling of scarcity around *time* is so persistent. I have not been taking enough time off, to take care of myself... get exercise, go walking in the big trees, etc. My liver in particular is really starting to complain about it.

 I have long ago gone past the limit of what one woman can accomplish. I really need a full time secretary/personal assistant but I don't earn enough money at my work to hire someone and guarantee them a living wage... although the work, potentially could grow into something that kept several people employed.

  My email archives alone has enough info for 10 books, plus FST level 2&3, but to edit it into a book is a whole other story. A few people have tried... if they are sensitive to the energy then they fall into a trance and get lost in it, and if they are not sensitive then their editing kills the energy flat. I get lost in my own work, when trying to edit it. Especially pages I have edited before... I cannot really see them anymore, my brain fuzzes out and I am reading from memory, rather than what is actually on the page.

 My Priestess uses volunteers, and rewards them with Shakti. Funny it never really occurred to me to do that... perhaps because my past experience with slaves and volunteers is that it takes more time to train, tend, direct and coddle the help than it would take to do stuff myself.. and there is no guarantee the volunteer help will follow through. If I spend time training someone to do a job and then they flake, then my time is wasted for no gain. My frustration caused me to give up! Do everything myself.

  I can hire a housekeeper for $15. per hour and my old Pro-Dom session rate was $175./hr so 12 hours of slave housework was only worth 1 hour of my time. Mind you, having my house cleaned by a naked collared males was fun but the professional housekeeper I have now gets $10. per hour plus tips and gifts, does not require spankings, and does better work than any houseboy.  

 There are exceptions... wonderful folks like Hillary the K-list moderator, who does it for love and has integrity for quality and completion... and patience for me when I am not immediately available to support her efforts.  

 Nevertheless, I am simply overwhelmed, and I have to surrender the past and try again. I am looking for some folks interested in bartering secretarial type services for Shakti, because I really need a hand with this website update, and the book I am writing, and other stuff. I simply cannot keep up this pace, my body is rebelling.
