I am considering purchasing the Fire Serpent CD so I can stay offline and receive phone calls.  Does the CD include all the links and all their information too?

Yes, it's worth it.

I bought it and I'm very satisfied with, you also don't even need to install it on your computer.  You can just put it in your CD-ROM and it will start.  And everything works perfectly.

Thanks so much for the educational reply.  I am still learning the nuances of the business/legal world.  I had no idea that when one actually recognizes and/or gives credit to the original web site owner that could be considered infringing on copyrights.  Off the top it seems like they (the various linked webpages) might actually appreciate the recognition and exposure.
But that's how my idealistic mind works.  And I value that you have shared.

  You are very welcome! It is true, many people do assume that anything posted on a website can be reprinted anywhere. Not so! Thus, the right click copyright notice on some of my own pages.

 I could reprint them if I contacted every author and asked for permission... but I don't have time for that, and the pages wouldn't fit on the CD anyhow. The videos take up most of the CD.

  Thanks, Sandy! You have no idea how long it took me to figure out how to make the CD do that... and how many CDs got wasted because they didn't work for some reason. Quite a learning curve, that and the labels!
