Hello everyone,
Thanks Mystress for clearing that up for me about the grounding. I do have one more question. You said to do one lesson per week. On some of the lessons there is really nothing to do. It is just information to understand. So do you want me to just kind of take a week to grasp the inforamtion while i am grounding. What if I feel I grasp it sooner than a week. Now I am not saying this to rush thru the lessons or anything. But if i truly feel that i understand what you are saying and feel comfortable. I am asking you this because i want to make sure it is cool with you before i do anything. Thanks

Mystress advises us that doing one lesson per week is best.  She also advises us to listen to our inner guidance.  There is a lesson ahead on that very topic (pacing yourself).

Other students have discussed this previously in the archives, it might be worth taking a look.

I have been taking a bit of a vacation lately. Tired, needing a break. I really appreciate how the students respond to support each other. Thanks Lady Jade, Shari, Shara!

One lesson a week is a guideline, you do not have to follow it exactly, but beware of going too fast. The grounding page on domin8rex was made into several separate lessons in FST, so if you are familiar with it then some lessons are repeat... but some folks find some lessons, like the heart voice take weeks to really understand and experience. After the heart, come the lessons on entities and sometimes the heart cannot be heard till it has been cleared of cooties that would give bad advice... so, follow your gut but do not go too fast.

  If you get to the grad essay lesson in less than six months then I'll send you back to redo the course before giving you access to the grad ritual. Same, if your grad essay shows me you have not really integrated the content. Not a judgment, but the grad ritual is the second most powerful magic I teach, and without adequate preparation to make ripeness, it either falls flat, or stirs up too much stuff at once and gives a bumpy ride that will lead to resistance making it less effective in the long term.  

 I'd say, the first 16 lessons hang together, as a group and can be read all together for an overview, but it takes many weeks of study and re-reading and acting on them, to really unfold them into manifestation so you can move on.  

If you are finding yourself impatient, then go to the K section of domin8rex.com (link, below) and read what you feel, then return to the course linearity when you have patience to follow the guidelines.  

 Once in a while, I take a look at the server stats. It is part of maintaining the site, to check if any pages are bouncing and whether anybody has linked to pages or images inappropriately. I get people direct linking to the images in the card site, sometimes.

 I am not looking for student activity, but that info is there too with usernames... I do notice if someone is blasting through many lessons at once. Since I only look every few months, and the stats are usually only for the week previous, it is a sample not a complete reference. I prefer to let students have privacy with regards to their pace and study habits.

 I don't make much effort to control what people do. I won't take responsibility for that. If somebody really thinks the linear arrangement is useless, I'll give them the url to a secret table of contents page that links to all the lessons... but if someone who is not already graduated wants that, then I have to wonder why they are in the course in the first place.
