Oops! Last post was supposed to be to Mystress and thanks for the welcome posts

Hi Everyone,
It appears I mucked up, my last post was supposed to be from Mystress's thread and I did it wrong, also I want to apologise, after I posted and saw my post my last paragraph had become italics, I don't know how that happened but I am aware they are only for your responses.
Secondly thankyou to Sabrina for the welcome, it is nice to know that you are experiencing some of the things that I am. I found your info on giving everything to goddess most helpful and will keep that in my mind next time I feel I need it.
To DeviRam, again thankyou, I have periodically since you posted been inviting the tummo fire in, no results yet in regards to heat in the solar plexas but I am sure all will happen when it should. Your advice also on focussing on your feelings rather than what others do and says resonates with me. If I can be aware of what triggers my reactions by how I feel maybe I can stop the reactions before they happen. All a huge learning and changing process for me, only early days yet but I am so keen to make these changes in myself and become a better person without ego popping in.
