one day my teacher emptied out
and there was a great abyss inside

You are appreciated!
You are beautiful!
You are loved!  I yelled to her...

and the words flew back from the cavern in echo...

right back to me
and I felt appreciated, and beautiful, and loved

"Now you are learning,"
said her smile
