Grounding Meditation gif

Tried yr suggestion, Mystress, of letting the grounding meditation gif run a few times and doing my grounding with it. The energy spread more evenly on both sides, but now seems to be more located in hands and lower half of body.

Things seem to change with each attempt though. So I keep going.

  This is perfectly natural. The energy is going to work on different in different parts of you.. especially the hands, there are a lot of nerve endings there..
 Also, one side of the body is fem and the other is male.. they corespond to different sides of the brain but I can never remember which is which! Ask your heart voice..
