Hello everyone, I remember reading a post that maybe Mystress shared I think? that showed a list of music that stimulates kundalini and I forgot where it was, oops. Can anyone help me find that post? Or any other music that you may know of that stimulates kundalini? Thank you!! greetings from Yosemite Valley, California.

Hey, Sava.   I seem to remember Mystress saying that we should surrender and trust that Goddess has things handled.

You don't want to end up like Gopi Krishna who awakened his kundalini by doing fire breathing and then spent the next 12 years in physical and mental agony and thinking he was going insane.

I've had a taste of that pre-Mystress and, believe me, I never felt as bad and there was nothing I could do about it.  I had to let it run its course.

Better to let this happen, not make it happen.

Hello, Makes perfect sense to me Sigmund, and I completely agree, I’m not trying to force an awakening, that does not seem like a good idea to me. I thought Mystress posted some music that she suggested we listen to stimulate kundalini, maybe it was someone else? everyones kundalini is somewhat active? Some music can just trigger it a bit more, I found some tracks on YouTube that contained Shaktipat, they were pretty blissful but I never felt like I was going to become awakened by listening to that music or even from doing the grounding exercise, in all honesty, I’ve done quite a bit of the grounding in the past and shaktipat and it never awakened me. I had some good emotional releases from the grounding exercise and some shifts in awareness but I’m not awakened. I think if it were supposed to happen it would, until then, I’m content.

I remember once I was sitting in a friend's apartment listening to the Tea Party. My spine started to undulate and I said "This really make the kundalini rise, doesn't it?" Then I paused. "Hey, what the heck is kundalini?" My google search lead me to Kundalini Gateway and Mystress' old website domin8rex.com. The rest is history. You might want to check out the albums The Edges of Twilight and Alhambra. Alhambra in particular has great belly dancing music. Blessings.

Thanks whims, I’m listening now, definitely felt the energy from the first song I listened to “Fire in the Head” is the singer awakened? Are you awakened? I’ve always felt like some music contains shaktipat energy transmissions, however, sometimes I feel like I trick myself into thinking it does with the placebo effect, other times, it is very obvious that a song contains shaktipat.

HI Sava,

I am kundalini awakened. I don't know if the guys in the band are, but I know they are all fairly spiritual and are fascinated with the occult and arcane. Blessings.
