Grounding

Hello and  quick question about grounding, I took a screenshot on my phone of the grounding webpage and set it as the background of my phone to remember to stay grounded whenever I look at my phone, my intuition says the Shakti energy is still available in that form but am wondering if you think this is a good idea?
Also, I created a vortex today that led to the sky emanating from my forehead for my energy to travel out of when I when I was talking to my teacher so that I was not sending him any of my high energy while he was in a relaxed state, I've also been using this vortex to throw unwanted energy to Goddess, letting her have it instead of me because I Don't need my emotional baggage, this vortex idea kind of spontaneously occurred to me as a good idea today or yesterday? I'm not sure, either way I've been sending a lot of stuff up there, I guess a better description of it would be when I am talking to someone I send my energy up and over them instead of it hitting them dead on? Kinda curious about this vortex thing.

  I am not a fan of people connecting to FST via a phone, or of people becoming dependent on a shakti hit from the grounding page. The ideal is to learn the visualization, and shaktipat yourself.

  However, I accept people do it anyway and for some it has been a lifeline. Yes some energy of the grounding page comes through a phone. As an icon of focus for grounding anc cleansing, the FST logo itself might be more effective.
