Chakra lesson

Hi Mystress,

I had to stop the Chakra lesson at the 3rd eye.  I'm all hot, probably because of all the karma I've collected beginning to be burned by the Tummo fire, and feeling the Kundalini opening and thought- 'I'm not ready, Goddess please take this', knowing it doesn't matter if I'm ready or not. Oye.

Okay...it's not so strong now that I've left the lesson, but still happening.  Kindof scared.

Your Tummo will aide a smooth k process.  Surrender you fear as it comes up, get grounded and remember to let your body breathe.  Mystress says we can't be grounded and afraid at the same time.

Thanks Sigmund, you're right.  I forgot to get grounded before starting the lesson.  Doh!
