as I understand your post. You can not do payment from where you are? Internet is I hope not firewalled for worldwide acces where you are at? Mystress usualy lets expired memberships active. So in case you can not renew for formal reasons, just write so and it will be kept like that and you can continue to study until situation improoves.
All problems can be resolved if one is willing.
