Computers and K- extreme energy drain

I have a very odd relationship with computers.....


First off- I used to be very out of control with computers- spending many hours every day numbing myself out with them- movies, downloads, video games, mindless surfing, and porn.


That is 98% under control (Thank you Higher Power), however I can still experience extreme energy drain- and really a deep depression sometimes even after using the computer for 5 minutes....




Any idears?

Whoops left out two pieces


One is when K is flowing strong and my consciousness feels open and lucid the energy drain doesn't happen.

The other is just wondering if maybe, just as an alchoholic can take one sip and their brain goes crazy, if my brain got wired that way after all those years of abusing computers.

  That was my sense of it when I looked before. There is no physical reaction to computers, it is emotional your body resisting from overdoing it before.  So chat with your body, ask it to forgive so you can study.
