ghosts and entities

My Friends,
I had recently an experience:
During a soul mediation (soul placed in front of my third eye) I saw a human face (old, angry woman) and with my body I felt a presence  - I asked her who she is - no answer and then I sent her into light and asked archangels to back up my intension. As it was done I felt some (maybe) karma released - it felt like guilt to me (strange I know).
And I wonder what went wrong - my heart voice say it is OK to sent it into light and the answer to why it felt strange was "empathic" - I have know idea what that would mean and I surrendered everything related to this episode. Surrendering works so well - it's unbelievable!!!
How do you distinguish between ghosts and entities? Or does it matter at all - as you send them all into light? Why did I fell guilt?

  When spirits choose to hang around, its usually because they are trying to fix something they feel bad about. Tooo late!
  Life review can be tough eh?
  You felt the ghost's emotions, why she had not moved on.
   Empathy is feeling someone or something's emotions as if they are your own.

Ghosts are human, or animal... entities are not.
