soul and spirit

Good question John,
i have hard time believing in a soul
but i still want to be more spiritual

Soul is a tiny spark of light, like a star... spirit is a more general term for the spiritbody, but also used to refer to other aspects if the Divine.  Ghosts dont show up as souls, they appear in a memory of their human shape.

  There are many levels of spirit body.  People who have a highly evolved spirit body are sometimes called ascended masters, they are a lot more active and self aware than the average ghost which is mostly lost in its memories.

  Alex Gray did some wonderful diagrams of the various levels of the body, physical and spiritual. Worth a look.
