  Its relatively rare for members to meet each other in real life, until they are brought together in one room except when I teach a workshop.  Sometimes I teach things in response to a question that aren't in this course... Students wanting to share what they gained is lovely.
   The circle we cast in the workshops is a sacred space. Use caution in sharing stories involving other people, its best to write it and send it privately to them asking for consent to share before posting.  Be polite if refused or edited.

I am going to change the focus of this board because I have not travelled to teach since 2010. Nor do I have any current plans to, due to some female health issues I am awaiting resolution of.  After teaching online and rarely in person, for two decades,  I am opening a physical school to have a permanent location for my spiritual work.

  A few weeks ago I incorporated a not-for-profit corporation called Kundalini Mystic School. I have rented a space on a small farm not far from where I live, it has a main room about the size I look for to teach classes and workshops. and two smaller rooms. One will become my office and consultation room, and the other will used for storage and as a break room with the coffee machine, fridge and microwave.  The focus of this space is broader than FST, partly to make room for some guest teachers and other events.

  I am planning to host two FST weekend intensives a year there, aiming for the first to be late spring-early summer when Vancouver is so lovely. I plan to do evening classes on various topics, meditations.

  So the focus of this board is still mostly the same, except for the time being, my trans continental airplane ride has been replaced with an hour through pretty forest on an electric scooter.
