Hi everyone!
A month or so back I started to get problems with my prostate. It felt really awkward and I had to go to toilet constantly. It's now better, but it definitely feels a bit funny still and reacts to cold easily. My earlier teachers told me that the penis, testicles and the prostate were masculine energy sources which were to be kept clean from female energies. We grounded each of them, cleared them and then raised the masculine energy from them up to the crown and out like in the grounding exercise. They also thought women to do the same with their genitals.

My stomach is swollen a bit always and I suspect that it's yeast. I got into my head that maybe they are connected (yeast and prostate problems) and then found articles in the internet which said excess estrogen levels in men cause prostate problems and that yeast in the intestines produce estradiol, the strongest of the human estrogens. http://www.healthyawareness.com/articles/prostatitis.htm

I also remember Mystress saying that kundalini increases estrogen levels. So is there any way of increasing my testosterone levels??And what about this exercise I told about?  I fell that the main thing to do, would be to work with my masculinity, which I guess I'm not so in balance with. Any ideas on how to go on about that!?

I'm at least now going to do the yeast diet, take the yeast killing herbs and avoid soy. I'm also taking herbs and homeopaths for the prostate.

Thanks!
Tuomas

Testosterone is increased by intense weight training, great sex, high protien-low carb diets,  and leadership behaviors.

Just as important is to weed out the various sources of environmental estrogen which include pesticides, some plastics food is packed in (especially if heated) and related solvents. You can do a search to find out more about them. There is also some anecdotal evidence that you can recycle testosterone by eating your semen.

I didn't know about the yeast-estrogen connection, thank you for that.

        Blessings...
