Grounding Lesson

 Hi there,

I've got a technical question around grounding and the lesson on grounding.

I have completed the 45/8 grounding meditation sequence before starting on this course, and I have subsequently started to do the grounding exercise 20times a day (sometimes I only manage 16 or so).

I now arrived at the Grounding lesson and was wondering if I need to go back to the 8/45 days ?
