Namaste,

I am new on this board and on the course, so let me introduce myself in shortly.
Maybe, someone know me from K-sex list where I am member for a couple of
weeks.
So, I am 30 years male,from Croatia-Europe,engineer.Study spiritual practises since
I know for myself, cause I have awakening of K. recently early, with seven to ten years,I
don`t know exactly. And all my mystic experinces was determined with sexual nature and
symtoms so I was often confuse with polarity of spirituality and sexuality.
Especially from the simple reason that I am a catholic by born.

Well, for the beginning I enclose one mail from my private conversation with Mystress:

   Yes! They are.. there are many version of grounding. Mine is made of
all of them, mixed together then distilled and stripped down to the bare
essential simplicity.

   OH! You describe it so beautifully! Thank you for that gift!!

   That state of pure existence, IS enlightenment.. temporary
enlightenment.. The difference between that, and complete enlightenment or
self realization, is that at this time, you cannot sustain the state of grace.
   You are there for a while, by doing the grounding, then your ego
asserts itself again and pulls you back into separation. You go into the
state of grace then your uncleared karma pulls you back.

  The path, is to observe what ungrounds you .. because the stuff that
ungrounds, you, is your karma.. and surrender what you observe. Thus
clearing away the ego bit by bit.. and the less ego there is, in your
energy body, the longer you will be able to sustain that blissful state of
pure existence.

   The very act of grounding and bringing the light in, stirs up the karma
so that
you can be aware of it, to surrender it. The more you focus on staying
grounded, making that state a priority and surrender anything that
interferes with it, the sooner it becomes permanent, and you are Self Realized.
   Notice what you make more important than staying in that state of pure
existence, Beingness, and let that stuff go.

  It is funny.. I wrote to someone who is newly self-realized recently..
she was amazed to discover that the enlightened state is so simple.. so
natural. I explained to her, that I wrote a big long course because nobody
believes that it can be simple.. people think that it must be a long hard
process, and they will not allow themselves to accept enlightenment until
they have struggled enough to be worthy of it. Goddess does not make it
hard.. we do!!

   I am sharing this with you, because I think you may be an exception to
that..
   Still tho,

   The grounding and mindfullness of surrender, is all anyone needs.. it
is the foundation and the essence of the course.  Most of the rest of the
stuff, the course is designed to examine each of the main ego issues most
people have.. bring up the issues so you can surrender the stuff. It is
like a map to show you where the ego issues that need to be surrendered,
are.. and to give your ego the reasons it needs to hear, the answers and
mental tools to surrender them. Showing the most common ego traps, and how
to get free of them. Just doing the grounding, you would eventually
experience attainment, but the focused, organized  path of the course makes
it happen sooner.

   The graduation ritual is a much, much stronger form of the grounding..
Like, if the grounding is a broom to sweep karma away, the Grail ritual is
a bulldozer. But, as even a bulldozer cannot push a mountain, so the Grail
ritual is most effective if you go through the course and clear a lot of
stuff first.

   The grail is also most powerful, the first time you do it.. which is
often the case for the grounding too.. the initial awakening experience is
more powerful than the ongoing maintenance.

    Please post this letter on the board.. I think may of the students
will find it useful. You can post it to the K-sex list or other lists, as
well..

   Yes. I think what I wrote above explains this.
   The bad states are necessary, to show you what karma junk remains to
get in the way of maintaining the good states, so that you can use free
will to let the bad stuff go.
  The ecstasy is intense because of the polarity.. like how warm water
feels hot if you are very cold. You will adapt to the bliss, as the
polarity decreases.. then it will be normal.. but there is no limit to
bliss! Even after self realization, we do not stop growing.

   LOL!! When I read that you are Croatian, I wondered if you knew of
Danijel. We have been friends.. and adversaries, for many years. There is
much that we do not agree on, but it is mostly a question of language. He
is enamored of the complexity of the Sanskrit, where  I have no gift for
languages and prefer to bring the path down to earth, in simple language
that anyone can understand.
   We are also opposites, in that he lives in the crown, which is really
outside of the body, and says he would really prefer not to have a body at
all.. I celebrate being embodied. I see beauty in the world.

    Yes.. self realization is knowing that everything is Divine, all one..
including you.. and having it be so obvious and natural as to not be worth
thinking about.

   Just as, when you are grounded you have no fear, but also no
questions.. you know everything, *and* you don't need to know anything. No
questions, reasons or ego stories.. stuff just Is. Perfect.

    I actually had to deliberately manufacture a "teacher" ego, to be able
to write this course.. because I was in a self realized state of not
needing to explain anything or give reasons for it..  But, people told
me that they needed the explanations.. and they are Goddess too, even if
they do not know it. So I surrendered to that, and became someone who could
give them what they wanted.
    When the course was done, I let it go again.. and when I am dealing
with students like you, I absorb enough of your ego to tell you what you
need to hear.

   Right now you are in separation.. so the grounding is a visualization
to open you and take in the Light from outside of yourself. When there is
no separation, there is no outside to draw from.. you are All. You are
God/Goddess.

   It is part of the nature of being human. Your body is male now, but for
the first 6 weeks after your conception, it was female. So it is with all
of nature, on the level of the physical.. creation comes of the female..
But energy is essentially genderless.
   It has to do with chakra levels, and how existence appears when seen
through different chakras.
   The Earth heart is the physical core, nature, female.. the sun is pure
energy at the crown, genderless infinite divinity. You are both. Spirit and
body.

    At enlightenment, there is no difference.. E=MC2.. energy and matter
are the same thing in different forms, like water can be liquid, steam or
ice depending on the frequency, or temperature.

   You go from a state of polarity.. body and spirit seem separate,
because of the ego/karma/separation, to a state of unity, body and spirit
are one... and how they appear depends on the vibration, frequency,
temperature.
