intro & video prob in "grounding"

I just joined the FST course and wanted to say Hi Folks!!!!  also, just an FYI, the video in the "grounding" lesson is not working

By way of an intro, i never know what to say about myself definitively, guess I am a buddhist-dakini-witch of sorts walking the bodhisattva path (working to liberate myself from suffering out of compassion for all Being-s so that i might help those who also suffer learn how to liberate themselves).  Sometimes I call myself a spacegypsy since it sort of denotes a nomadic flying voyageress through inner-outer consciousness without all of the baggage of getting stuck in an established dogma...but i'm not dogmatic about being undogmatic either since i guess that i find such beauty in all traditions of Spirit, esp native american and hindu and old school Tibetan shaman trads.

I joined the course because I am trying to gradually take up a conversation with all of those parts of myself that keep me disempowered, shameful, angry, confused, and unsatisfied...and this seems highly connected to my lower chakras and sexuality.

where i am on the path, only the path knows. i am trying to learn how to trust it and stop worrying and meddling but this is very hard for my meddling brain to wrap around coming from a very western protestant scientific controlling sort of background.

guess i could go on for a while, but that is what came out of my fingers to start with

You're right about the grounding video not working. The link rtsp://216.187.81.194/secure3/Angelique/1Grnd.smi is not working anymore but I checked other videos and they work fine (back to normal).

I guess that's more or less the starting point for most of us... ;-)

Hehe... the grace of surrender is one that is difficult to "surrender into" for some of us too...

 Thank you for letting me know about this. I must have somehow overlooked it when I updated the URL for all the other vids when Virtual space moved servers.

Lovely. Eventually, even Boddhisattva must be transcended, in favor of seeking Divine Perfection in what Is.. nothing to be saved.. but in the meantime, compassion for yourself and others is beauty!

That will come. Learning to stay grounded and hear the heart voice will help you move throught a lot of stuff, and become aware of what voices speak in your thoughts. The aspects of yourselves. Once you connect to the Divine Beloved, a lot of sexual issues tend to come up to be cleared.

Well, you have noticed how you do worry and meddle, and that is the first step! Just keep practicing surrender, and be patient with yourself, it will come.
