Tummo session

Mystress told me to write about the Tummo Initiation. Here's what I recall.

Mystress lit up the fire in all the chakras, secondary, hands and feet, and universal ones. And absolved some karma. Also replaced some chakras with a shiny new one.

It was a very nice peace - and I'm still bathing in this peace.

Then we would found this younger part of me in the second chakra, that I've been neglecting. You see, I've been living most of my life from a witness state, since childhood.

Anyway, this young me was not at all with this all is one, all is karma, all is dharma stufff. He did not buy into that. I had left him , so I talked with him, he let go of a big square chunk of black karma, as I saw it, in the end.

I'm integrating him and unifying with him. He is more alive. All types of feelings, both good and bad, actually feels very good in a strange way. I'm just a little boy. And a wizard and a witch.

We agreed to continue with the FST-lessons. I've been on the witness lesson for the past months I think, and have been practicing and implementing a lot of the ho'ponopono instead.

Goddess, please forgive me for that what is within me that I don't see. I forgive you. Please transmute this into Divine Wisdom, Creativity and Inspiration. Thank you.

Mystress also demonstrated what it feels like when her enery is turned inwards and outwards. She is very mystical. When she channels Goddess her voice turns divine and celestial, when talking as a normal human woman, her voice is, yes, very human and very beautiful. It is very nice to talk as a human to human.

She gave me advise on how to avoid accidental shaktipat with the eyes that may cause karmic feedback.

It has occured to me that Goddes may give shaktipat to a person around me even when my energy is turned inwards. This usually gives no or very little karmic feedback. It happens spontanically, and I'm not aware of it when it initiates. I guess the receiver must have asked of it, directly from Goddess. I have no control over this, and that is good. I've asked her to use me as her vessel, and now she's doing it.

However, when directly gazing into other people eyes, if prolonged, the eyes emit energy which gives a shakti charge, and this usually gives karmic feedback. So this is to avoid, unless the person itself wants to gaze, he can do so for a moment. Also, to look at someone or just focusing on someone, either mentally or physically also works in the same way I think. Wherever attention goes, energy goes.

So, I feel like a wandering stick of flames. Like a torch.

It is both exciting and frightening at the same time.

So, the main focus is to direct my attention into my heart.

I'm just learning this. In the beginning it was cool. Then it confused me, and now I think I'm starting to know what triggers karma and not.

Time just flew away, and we talked about different things, from free energy theory to David Bowie:)
By the way: The name of the movie is "The Prestige". The scenes with Bowie as Tesla, very good. But so are those with Christian Bale, hehe.

My energy level is very high. My dog, Dennis, is behaving in a very peculiar way. He won't le me be alone, and always wants to lick me in the face and be with me.

The connection to the universal chakras have increased. Now it is not only tingly feet, but also upwards the legs.

A lot of fear is beginning to fade away. Now I can even go to the basement (where the washing maschine is), and let the door be closed without having any thought of fear. Hehe, symbolically, basement equals to the subconcius and unconcius.

So this reality is becoming more and more pleasant and exciting. I'm also becoming aware of how powerful thoughts, attitudes, attention and focus has become (or is).
