House spell

I reinforced my house spell two days ago and some questions came up.
I am living in a flat. The ground plan is a rectangle, with a missing part also in a rectangular form. Part of the staircase, which is used by all people living in the house, is in the missing part.
Until now I did the spell including that part (according to feng shui, it is good to balance somehow a missing part, so I thought this might be a good way to do it, since two Cristals I´ve put there for the same reason, have been stolen). Is that offending in any way the other persons, since it is a common used place? May be I should just set other intentions for that part?

Would you suggest to let it like I´ve done it, or adjusting the spell and excluding that part?

Yes, exclude common or shared areas that are not really a part of your personal space. Otherwise, people coming down the stairs are passing through your personal space... on some level they will feel it and not like it, nor do you want their energy in your meditation room. Create a tunnel where the staircase is.
