Chakras & cold & ice

Presently I am meditating on my heart chakra and my power chakra, as Mystress has advised me would be a good practice for me. However, medium August I caught a cold or something similar that does not seem to go away. It is situated mostly deep down in my chest, but it does not make so much noise. I feel a little tired, but just a little. Now and then I have to cough, but not so often. When I practiced awareness of the chakras before I got that cold, I experienced the areas in the middle of the body related to the chakras as areas of elevated awareness, that were a little (and sometimes more) warm and light, and around them there was kind of a fog. Since I got the cold it has been as if it has become winter in these areas. The chakra areas are still experienced as areas of elevated awareness, but they are cold as ice and not warm anymore. The areas around them still have the structure of a fog, but it is as if it was frozen to ice and snow. I wonder how this cold or whatever it is can have this effect on my perception of the chakras and how to deal with it. I have been thinking of trying to burn the ice and snow away with the tummo fire, but I don%rsquot yet know how to do that. Any explanations or advices on this?

Good that you are doing your homework! :) Cold is emotional energy releasing, better to feel it as a physical sensation than emotionally, eh? Your meditations have triggered some healthy cleansing.

The K-serpents are a hot red snake and a cool blue one. Ida & Pingala. Tummo evolving, serpents balancing on their orbit. Enjoy the coolness, think of clear mountain springs and midnight breezes.

Thank you! I am not sure if this is better, but I suppose you are right as usual. Still, it depends on the emotion. I visited my GP three days ago and he diagnosed me with some kind of bronchitis and prescribed penicillin that I am no taking. Still, it has not gone away yet. I never thought of bronchitis as healthy before, but I suppose karma that comes up from deep inside can transform into some more %ldquosuperficial%rdquo symptoms before passing out of the body entirely. This kind of symptoms are not typically unexpected for me either, as I often had similar infections as a kid and also as an adult have had extended periods (sometimes almost a year) of infections that would just not go away.

When it comes to karmic blockages (or releases?) taking physical forms, I am still somewhat suspicious on this pressure I now and then feel on my power chakra area. You never found anything there. But still, it seems somehow to be related to the passing of prana up through my body. It feels as if my stomach is blowing up as a balloon and when it is as worse it can be really intense. Last night I watched a video on sexual healing, and of course a lot of energy was moved up from the base of my spine to my head, seemingly causing that same symptom. It also appears sometimes when I have sex, but normally not. I suppose I will have to do a check up at my chiropractor, to se if it%rsquos not something physical in the spine causing it. But it feels as if it is basically energy related.

Isn%rsquot there a third snake too %ndash the kundalini in the Sushumna channel, that is ascending when the Ida and Pingala on it%rsquos both sides are balanced?
