Is this "Grounded"?

Greetings,

I have been practicing the grounding exercise and I notice a tingling sensation at the base of the spine and to a lesser degree in the palms of the hands and soles of the feet.  Is this being "grounded"?  Or is this just the energy sort of sitting there?

  Yes, the tingling is a sign of being grounded. The energy is not just sitting there, the tingling is caused by the energy flowing through you. Blessings!
