Goddess has it handled, allow everything to be as it is, everything is -

I have a question about phrases like Goddess has it Handled, allow everything to be as it is, and "Everything is Resolved in the Unborn".   Is this all the same thing?  Before I came across this teaching I read a lot about Zen and relying on prasha, and how issues can "fall away" or resolve when you abide in that place.

Is there some kind of universal mechanism that kicks in when you do not resist something?  Like a rubber band that pulls back from being stretched?
