Surrendering ungroundedness

I haven't feel able to fully ground myself the last couple of days.

It started when suddenly some black spirit came sort of knocking me out of my body... Into the witness state. I was on the computer writing, it was fun, and I felt really grounded. And suddenly my inner eyes witnessed this spirit approaching me really fast, like through the computer. I didn't understand why or what it wanted, and it all went over to feelings of frustration and feeling chilly, cold, angry... And neither tired or really energized. It's happened a few times before, always from the same direction too, just not as intense as now, and not ungrounding like it was now. And when I'm not fully grounded I become hypersensitive to stuff, feeling the energy flow of people texting me or whatever. It feels like I get the energy in it's raw form, since my protective bubble goes away when I'm not grounded, and the bubble seems to be automaticly transmuting energies into more loving vibrations... I feel like I have attracted some unwanted stuff, that's left me ungrounded and uncomfortable. Goddess please take this... It is a gift for you. Thank you very much!

Sorry for ranting:p I'm just going through something these days... Shakti seems to wanna heal old physical things too and possibly some other deep things. And I'm having a harder time with staying grounded during that process. I also figured that k. wanted me to be present in it's rising up the spine, the left side's been worked on lately. I'm better now though! Thank you Goddess...
