Arghhhhh!

I'm at work at the moment, and my computer's not working, only my internet connection. I haven't been to the tea room since I last posted, and was happy to see so many others here. I haven't done any more lessons for a while, but have continued to do the grounding exercise. I do it in the morning when I wake up, just after my yoga, I do it while I'm jumping on my Rebounder (is that silly???), I do it on the subway platform, on the subway, in the bathroom at work and at my desk. I haven't done it while reading Mystress's grounding page since I first began, until today. Because it's slow at work, I was readin my email and someone from the K list posted the grounding page, and I did went there and read through the exercise again, and felt more "tingling" than I have felt in a while.

I think I've been getting too distracted. I'm going to go back to being more diligent starting now, or at least tonight when I get home from work. I'm going to light candles, and dedicate the evening to Mystress studies. I'm just posting it here to articulate it to the universe. Ah, I fear my K energy is not only NOT awakened, but drugged into a deep sleep.
