Tree hugging ?

Dear Mystress,

Thank you for yesterdays' FST web chat, it was an amazing experience. I felt like hugging people all day (and that was at a conference with 300 people) and today the same.

I work 4 days a week in a high rise building (level 26) and find this now a bit uncomfortable. On the day I work from home I feel great since I can sit in the grass or hug  a tree if I need to, or just have the window open and smell the beautiful flowers and plants in our garden. When I am at work I can go for a walk at lunchtime, but not always. It is worse when I go into a shopping centre, my vision changes slightly and I feel like wanting to run out again....
