Heart voice

Hello,

When I try and listen to my heart voice I feel like the process speeds up. It becomes pain ful and I get tight and I think I see entities in my aura. Mostly because it seems like there is a lot of bull shit in my aura.

But beneath I felt that I could feel the true heart voice. It seemed to take some discernment because the ego can grow a new voice.

When I got in touch with the voice, I was pretty happy and content and I sort of feel like yah I have been shutting out my heart or too attatched to care.

If I can stay grounded, balanced, and being mindful of the ego voice then I can be more in touch with the heart in all my activities.

The way I perceive my path is that I sort of vibrate back and forth through the boundaries and I am always on some sort of new edge of what Scott really is. Kind of mysterious.

I have felt a lot of entities in my awareness. I feel that I have been getting a lot of weird messages like "bipolar bipolar" "bisexual" LOL. Ok maybe I'm at least a little bipolar and a little bisexual but why would Goddess be telling me this repeatedly? It must be my brain's interpretation, or an entity.

I also feel that as I increase in vibration that hearing the heart voice becomes easier. Partly because I have chosen a less fearful attitude, and also because the energy is nicer.

I recently visited a therapist who told me that impurities in the aura were projections or representations of impurities in the energy body at the same area. Thus, I had impurities in my aura above my power chakra.

I never got to hear my heart voice as a voice. And it does not respond to me very often. Actually, it only seems to be interested in matters which are important for my spiritual growth. If I ask it of other things, I normally don%rsquot perceive any response. But I am very much aware of it when it resonates to something. Then there is a very strong and very pleasant feeling of %ldquoYES, THIS IS TRUE!%rdquo in my chest.

Well, yes and no. I have just started with the lesson on Mirror games and I reached the lesson on the heart voice the first time more than a year ago. But my tour through this course is nothing but linear. I proceed rather slowly and I often return to past lessons and repeat them, as I feel I have more to learn from them. The lesson on the heart voice is one of my favourites, actually, and I often do the exercise described there after the grounding exercise.

I was surprised that the message above was much like many of the issues that I have written about before.

I can't figure out why it is so difficult to silence my normal mind and listen to Goddess's words. My neck gets tight my breathing gets constricted.

I then started to test my solar plexus and found that listening to it put my body into pain. I need to start taking better care of my body or else scolosis will continue to hurt the quality of my life.
