Hello Mystress,

I keep enjoying the lessons, I stay long with the lessons on surrender and attachement, because they seem so valuable for life. Actually I feel offering all the big issues or attachements goes very easy, but the trouble I have is with offering every thought and little events. I feel it takes away the spontaneity of life...But as I read your posts etc I feel very inspired by your own spontaneity, si pls would you explain how you manage to keep both?

PLease how it is with the shadow? You talked about it in the beginning of the course, if I understand well, as a part of us which always be there? So is it also to be surrendered? or just to recognise it and choose not to act from it is enough?

I heard about a lady who had a very hard kundalini awakening (not through your course) and who is in great burning pain. Any advise for her?

Do you  happen to have heard about a sacred plant from Africa whi is named Iboga? Friends tried it and are extremely enthousiast, but to me it feels like an hallucinogen plant..Do you know if it is?

With much love

My first effort to respond to this got crunched by the CDR I was making. For those who are having trouble viewing the videos because of bandwidth problems, a windows CD of the course will be available for $20.usd. The CD is for registered members only.

: Hello Mystress,

: I keep enjoying the lessons, I stay long with the lessons on surrender and attachement, because they seem so valuable for life.

Yes! Essential.

:Actually I feel offering all the big issues or attachements goes very easy, but the trouble I have is with offering every thought and little events. I feel it takes away the spontaneity of life...But as I read your posts etc I feel very inspired by your own spontaneity, si pls would you explain how you manage to keep both?

I will try. I am not sure I understand your question.

When everything is surrendered, then you are Goddess, surrender requires separation. Surrender is part of duality. When you are transparent, in nonduality, stuff does not stick.

Being grounded is a natural state of surrender. When you are grounded, you do not attach to things, so there is nothing to surrender. The spontanaety is Goddess moving through you.

: PLease how it is with the shadow? You talked about it in the beginning of the course, if I understand well, as a part of us which always be there? So is it also to be surrendered? or just to recognise it and choose not to act from it is enough?

Jung defined the Shadow as "that which we think we are not". Usually when there are judgments about other people, it is because we are focused on separation, on differences. Superiority, etc. You are all that Is, so that which you judge is you too.

Our negative and positive judgments, we project them onto other people.
We say "so and so is a shit, they do this and this." Look inward, to how you do the same shitty thing, in your own way, and you can make peace, there is forgivness, compassion, understanding.

One place to look at the shadow, is in politics. Iran and the USA, both invested in a war against "evil", but the evil they see is their own projection. 5000 people killed on 9/11, but hundreds of thousands of Iraqis and Afghans have died of starvation in the past few years because of the UN sanctions. Where is the evil? I see none, I just see humans doing what humans do when they are frightened or needy.

Two major world religions, born of the same book, the Hebrew old testament... more in common than not, but they go to war... Buddhists do not even believe in evil, as such.

Similarly, it is well known in the gay community, that men who gay bash are most likely to be repressed, closet homosexuals. They would not be passionate enough to take to violence, if it were not part of them. They reject themselves, then project that rejection outwards. This is the shadow in action.

The shadow mostly shows when energy is low. That is when we get into control games, trying unconsciously to raise our energy by stepping on someone, controlling them or vampiring them with judgments.

: I heard about a lady who had a very hard kundalini awakening (not through your course) and who is in great burning pain. Any advise for her?

Teach her to get grounded, and to surrender. Hard for me to advise someone I do not know, but I send her blessings, anyway. Pain of Kundalini comes of resistance. Probably there is some issue she will not surrender. If I did a session with her, we could locate the blockage and clear it.

: Do you  happen to have heard about a sacred plant from Africa whi is named Iboga? Friends tried it and are extremely enthousiast, but to me it feels like an hallucinogen plant..Do you know if it is?

I had not heard of it till you mentioned it, but a google search gives 1180 pages on it. It appears it is a hallucinogen.

I cannot reccomend hallucinogens and psychedelics, that would be illegal... and they can be very dangerous... but I make no secret that they were part of my path. They are part of human history, the ancient roots of religion. Some anthropologists believe that using mushrooms is part of the reason the human brain grew the way it did, and the Vedic "soma" is believed to have been juice from amanita muscaria.

As part of my Shaman training Chacmool had me doing a lot of acid in 1996. It served to break through some walls in my mind I had created with self hypnosis as a child. I was guided through them, to access different aspects of my consciousness. I still would not recomend it. Improper use of psycedelics can lead to psychosis, and can damage the energy body. Rip holes in the aura and allow entities in. They are powerful, and must be treated with great respect. I have done healing on quite a few people whose use of psychedelics lead to psychosis or unexpected awakening.
