Greetings Everyone!

And Welcome back Mystress Angelique.  How was your trip?

I'm going through an interesting and not always super fun phase, but it is not necessary to post about it so far (my questions are usually answered). Today I feel a strong urge to write to say hello, and give an update.

I'm now posting as Kiki Vampire because I'm seeing these two aspects (monkey and vampire) of myself more clearly these days. This new nickname helps me recognize the behaviour when it arises in my daily life, and it also makes me smile instead of feeling bad at my "faults".

The Heart Voice lesson is still my main focus. It is very frustrating but I think I am beginning to get closer.

I've been visualising light in my 3rd chakra rising into the light of my heart to transform the physical feeling of the emotions, and releasing the attachments at the root of the emotion.  I also focus a great deal on my heart.  Magically removes fear from all situations...

Good thing I have the course to guide me, because I am now more aware of anger, and I see some possible pit-falls, ie. enjoying the feeling of power provided by this new detachment.

There are several areas of resistance, especially my resistance to prolonged meditation.

When I read the previous posts, I noticed that the Heart lesson is one where several students stayed at for a while.  If anyone has the impulse to share an experience that helped them "pass the lesson", I would love to read about them.  Right now, I figure perseverance with the heart meditation (and surrender) will get me there.

Thank you.

Hearts and Kisses,

Kiki Vampire

Rock on, Kiki Vampire!
