Hello everyone!

Dear Mystress, I was wondering what is a good indication of growth in this course?

Is it my level of bliss, or the amount of metaphysical experiences I have, or interaction with beings of light?  

So far, my level of bliss is increasing a great deal, sometimes I feel like my beloved and I are perpetually embraced (just the feeling so far, no other evidence of my twin flame).

There is no metephysical activity and interaction with beings, as far as I can consciously tell.
