A Grounding Question

Greetings,

I just watched the grounding video for the first time in years and I felt these small, subtle, blissful feelings in my head.

A question. Does color matter with the grounding? For instance, what color is the earth heart? I generally see it as red, though sometimes it shows up as violet or opalescent. What about the light from the sun? I generally see it as white or shimmery gold. And when I picture the two energies merging the light of my aura is either pink or white. Occasionally it is red.My heart voice says to use pink light but I'm curious to see what Mystress or the FST grads say about  it.

I've since observed that I don't need to control the colors I see while grounding. Whatever shows up, shows up. Generally, I see the earth heart as red and my aura as red also. I know red corresponds to the root chakra, kundalini and the earth heart. Occasionally my aura shows up as different colors, though I don't see orange that often in my aura.

I'm curious about the energy coming out of the root chakra and the feet, which goes into the earth. I tend to picture my grounding cord as 1-2" and going all the way down to the earth heart. I see light coming out of my feet and into the earth, though it's not connected to the earth heart like the grounding cord. Is this all right or should I picture cords of light coming out of my feet too and connecting to the earth heart? A lot of times I just see a column of white light about 2 1/2 feet in diameter coming out of the bottom of my body while seated, with the grounding cord appearing as an 'extra white' color. Basically, I see white light coming out of the bottom of my body and I see an even whiter grounding cord.
