Deep Breath

The grounding ritual has been lost to me for too long.  Now that I'm doing it again, it's replacing Valium...  I am putting up reminders to do it often, so that I remain connected.  Also, asking Goddess to 'take me if I am not being me' may be pulling out some of the karma built up over the past years.  So glad I came back.
