A dark time in my life... Looking for insights!

A couple of years ago, I was living in another city, after my awakening, I experienced a lot of fairly odd things, in the so called witching hours... One thing I experienced was as if I was being mummified one night! I also felt somehow connected to these old egyptian gods, osiris, and anubis... The whole thing is really dark for me, lots of confusion and experiences I don't understand. I felt these spirits around me all the time. I felt like I was descending into the underworld at the time, and my higher self was "up in the clouds", as if she knew it was something I had to go through, but I coudn't feel her there with me as my guide anymore. I was totally alone. I called upon her, but she just looked down at me with love. I also got a lot of sumerian names for things, which I hadn't read anything about untill after that. Like I said it's really a dark period of my life... Just looking for insights!
