Just sharing:) for Goddess to eat!

I've experienced quite some interresting stuff lately... Today I was doing a lot of harmonics, and found myself getting to much awareness into my throat chakra and lost connection to the lower parts of my body. I might have also stirred up a lot of stuff which I have and are in the process of surrendering. And developed the intense sensititivy to sound vibration like I do when I do too much work on my throat. So I worked on getting awareness back into my body again. My womb was screaming out for attention and it's almost like she's saying "hey, I wanna be included in this too!" lol! So I'm going back to how I did it before, making the sounds from my womb and the harmonics come naturally without any efforts of making them, like I do when I focus directly on the throat... The sound becomes filled with overtones. Weee:D Goddess does it, not me... I like it better that way... It's strange how I feel that my womb and heart organs need to be interconnected... And there's also this golden glow I see and sense, in me and in my aura...
