Where are the snakes?

This question is for Mystress or any of her lineage.

I'm wondering if the Kundalini already has been ascended up to the crown chakra once, and if it is now residing in the root chakra?

Because the yoga teacher I have, says that the higher chakras are mostly opened, and now the power chakra is also starting to getting cleared (energy circling inwards, rather than outwards). She did some healing on me, and said that from now on when we do the breathing from the tip of the tailbone to the top of the head, and down again, before class, that I only breathe from the root chakra and up to the second chakra, and then down again.

The last few days I've been feeling something moving in and around the root chakra (or maybe it is something muscular?), and today the yoga teacher said that most likely it is Kundalini getting ready to move upwards.

My question is, haven't the kundalini already ascended once, and opened the chakras partially on it's way up, and then after hitting the crown, it went back to the root chakra, and is now becoming ready to ascend once again?

And is a fully awakened kundalini, when all of the chakras are opened, and the Kundalini is established in the crown from the bottom up?

I've experienced several k. risings during my life so I'm wondering the same thing :)

   Petals...

Full awakening is when the Kundalini reaches the crown chakra but the chakras only need to be cracked open a little bit to let it through, so its a misleading term.
Traditionally chakras are depicted as flowers with varying numbers of petals, and each petal represents a siddhi, insight or power of that chakra. I don't go into those details in FST because over analysis doesn't benefit. Thats why you can have 50 people who are "fully awakened" but their experience and insights are not the same because they haven't the same petals opened.
So of course, K goes down the road more than once when chakras are ready to open wider and give the gifts of a newly opened petal. We have known for years that your lower chakras arent as open as the upper ones, physical yoga is giving you a better connection to the body so stuff is stirring and yay!

What is less known is that only awakened people can feel Shakti. That is why 95% of people drawn to my work are already awake, they are drawn by feeling the energy of my sites.

Most yoga teachers are not awakened and don't know much about kundalini. Use your own discernment about advice given. You probably know more about Kundalini than she does... check discernment about that too.

Thank you for your reply :)

Yeah, she does not always sound so very experienced. I have said to her, two or three times, if she's sure that she's not getting negative karmic feedback or stuck karma when she's healing some of the students. Her guru died of liver disease. She says he was not a Siddha, that's why he got sick.

I had some internal resistance to let her do healing on me, but in the end I think it is her choice, and I try to be aware about not letting my stuff get stuck in her.

When she advised me and other the students on the teacher training, to read <insert name of indian guy who had a bad k-awakening>, I said that it might not be a good idea to read his books, if that which one focus on, grows.

I also told her that I am not interested in having a guru or a kundalini teacher, and that I already have a tantra teacher. She didn't have any problem with that.

Out of all kundalini information I get from others or other places, that which comes through Mystress, seems to be most resonant. I'm lucky to have such a clear vessel as a teacher.

I'm not sure if I'm such a big fan of breathing in the sushumna nadi, and the "only" spiritual that I have in my beginners classes, is to teach your grounding exercise, if I'm in the mood, and the students seem hungry.
