Intensified grounding

Hi,

It came to me during grounding, that when doing the grounding visualization, if one continues through the earth chakra one will come to the sun chakra, and the same way the other way around - so, the sun chakra energy when hitting the earth chakra and merging with the earth chakra energy, the energy also continues through it and loops directly into the sun chakra, and then same thing the other way around, that the earth energy merges with sun, and continues out of it to go directly in to the earth chakra, like a loop. This in addition to the energy running in its own loop directly between the body, earth and sun. All in all, it's a big continuous loop!

Maybe this is mental masturbation, but this seems to ground me in more intensely and smooth way. More like an automatic loop. And it feels good too!

Hi Ed,

Just played about with what you said... energy feels good to me too, but it seems a bit floaty. I loose a little connection to the earth by doing it, seems to float somewhere in the middle some how? Feel centred but not grounded.

I've tested it more today, and I think you're right.

The initial high was fun, but somehow the standard grounding seems to be more balanced.
