   Many thanks to everyone who sent B-day greetings. They were a lovely 
surprise! I was not thinking of that when shared my experience and admitted 
my age. I had a heck of an energy hangover the next day, how the pendulum 
of K does swing!

   The chat workshops are off for the holiday season, watch for a new 
schedule appearing in Jan, 2006.  I am always open to suggestions for chat 
workshops.

   The Vancouver Kundalini Support group meets on the first and third 
Wednesday of every month, at 108-1990 West 6th Ave in Vancouver. Buzz 10 to 
get in. Doors open at 7 (unless I am late!) for relaxation, tea and 
cookies. The meeting starts at 7:30. The meetings themselves are 
improvised, something different every time. Last time I brought my crystal 
collection for everyone to experience.
    There is a meeting tonight, and another on Solstice Dec. 21.

   In other news... I am planning a European workshop tour for May, 2006. 
So far I have firm commitments from people in England and Amsterdam , and 
possibly Belgium  to host a workshop. I would also like to do workshops in 
France, Germany and Greece.  If you are living in Europe and able to host a 
workshop or event, please contact me.  Info on how to attend the events 
will be posted once details have been nailed down.

   This might be the last notice I send out this month, so I hope everyone
