Hi! My name is Sabrina and Mystress asked me a while ago to pop in and introduce myself to you all. I'm not exactly a current FST student- a former student who never graduated, actually - I'm more of a...groupie? Hanger-on? Not quite a devotee...
I do still use everything I've learned in my regular life, though, particularily grounding and surrender. With that and the kundalini and tummo fire initiation, I find that I do make slow progress. Shakti has decided I'll grow and develop, whether I want to or not! Even when time goes by and I haven't done much that is spiritual, I still find myself growing and changing anyway. It's all good. I'm enjoying the gentleness of my progress. When I was a student, I was forcing myself to grow too fast, even though I was paradoxically lazy about doing the work. I was forcing the growth without taking time to let things settle, and it made me a bit nuts at times. I'm starting to get to more of a middle ground, with regular gentle growth, and occasional big growth spurts and fallow periods. It works.
I'm also following the Wiccan/Pagan path, and I find that a good spiritual platform for my kundalini work and progress. I'm the High Priestess of a local coven and I'm Wiccan clergy in training. I was recently initiated as a 2nd degree High Priestess and I'm loving the energy. It is very compatible with kundalini and enlightenment work. I'm grasping a lot of things intuitively that never made sense to me before, things about magic, enlightenment, Love and Life. It's wonderful! I also initiated my roomate and partner as a 1st degree Witch and Priest this week, so he's along for the ride as well, and kundalini awakened. I introduced him to Mystress' grounding last week and he's made amazing strides with it.
I'm looking forward to hanging out here, learning and getting to know you all.

Btw, have you checked out (Mystress's kundalini estate in) secondlife.com? Lots of good shakti energy, always available. A great place to unwind after a busy day, I've found.
