Anyone here enjoy kirtan?

Being a kirtan lover for a long time, this music got me absolutely awestruck. His name is David Newman, aka Durga Das. He got some clips on youtube. The CD is called "Into the Bliss" and got absolutely amazing kirtans to join in and sing with. The other CD's I got from him weren't nearly as good, but this one is a gem.
If we have a FST get together sometime, I'd love to do some kirtan with you all

i guess this kind of music is for participation, and i think it's a good thing, but not so much a matter of quality(somewhat: the worse the better); in a way people do it in football(am.: soccer) stadions, too, with more or less ambition ;).
Sometimes things sound bloodcurdling, but they are really great music like the background in this video: In the hour of 12 (http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=EILn-0o3x94); in a way we tried this gruesome genre as children in a stony echoing kitchen and it was wonderful!
Great!...
...Ermhhh... please don't forget to bring Stina (http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=5VGs_juLPcg&feature=related) and Nina (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzibA7YP7VM) with you ;D ;D
for the goosebumps!
insatiably,
