I have some problems posting long texts for some reason, so I will split it up.

The roles of Shiva and Shakti are far from clear-cut.  It is really a matter of tradition, that defines which role that is Shiva and which one that is Shakti..   Shakti can be the Womb of Creation, the Void.  She can also be pure energy as Kundalini Shakti, she can be the destroyer, in the Kali aspect.  Shiva has similar variations. In the Hindu trinity, he is the destroyer, in many forms of tantra, he is pure consciousness (like the Void), and he is also All that is.  It is the latter I was indicating, when mentioning this book title. Ever heard of the tantric practice of Tattwa Shuddhi?   In one stage, Shakti tattwa is pure energy, which is manifested from Shiva, pure consciousness. But in the next stage, you meditate and place devotion to the Goddess only! (continued)

With a text-editor in US-ansi, there should be no problem, if you have your material coded by it.
Character set problems are a pest!
