...   :-)

well, I hope it's not contagious...

There are already two of us... I hope it won't become an epidemy!

Actually, I think it's a normal occurence: we all start full of hope, confidence and good intentions... but we come to a stage when we ... errr.. have the blues...

Hmm.. what are your symptoms?
I hope you all know, the course is not set in stone. I am always open to feedback about how it can be made to serve your needs better.
There are 58 lessons at present, so the middle of the course would be around lesson 27. Diet and Kundalini, just after the intro to the Divine Beloved.

The hard stuff does not really start until around lesson 38, when the intense karma clearing starts, with lessons on righteousness, the Shadow, ethics... I know that stuff wil be slower going. It is part of the nature of ego, to resist! Keep at it, tho.. if you can find an hour a week to read a new lesson, and make some post it notes for yourself to remind you of the stuff that was most resonant, then you will progress steadily.
If you made it through the 45 days of grounding, then you have established a habit of mindfullness, being aware of the state of your energy.. so your progress will continue even if you are not doing your home work.
  Blessings!!

What really helped me at the beginning was that I focussed on doing the grounding meditation. As I said before, I tend to read a lot but practice little. Reading about spiritual stuff is like scratching an itchy foot with boots on. I have a well developed intellectual ego but a lazy bum.

The course is actually full of little things one can practice throughout the day. It could be a good idea though, to make another section in each lesson, highlighting relevant practices that students can focus their mind upon. It may not be necessary but maybe worth considering doing this little by little, as and when each lesson is updated.

Hmmm.... interestingly, I've been stuck on lesson 36 for quite a few weeks.... given that I have had quite a turbulent spring equinox (yes, Carla, a critter got hold of me! ;-) - belatedly replying to your comment on the ksex list - ), it may be the case that I was not ready to get more...

Maybe the time for me to move forward has now arrived.... ??

After practicing the grounding 8*45 then 4*70, I stopped completely.... :-(      I keep having the impression that I was not doing things properly or got stuck in some kind of control-freak-ego need to "achieve something". I that sense, stopping for a while may even have been beneficial, but I doubt even that...

Anyway... Goddess, I surrender my doubts, my lazy bum and my involvement within this course to you, as a present from me to you, thank you very much... :-D
