Title: Problem viewing videos
Post by: Mystress on Nov 04, 2007, 01:33:04 PM
Someone reported: I can access the Tearoom without any problems and the course but not  the videos. I get an error message "no file exists at the  address....".

You did install realplayer, an older version?  Some vids don't work with the newer version and none will work in anything but realplayer.  Windows will give you that error message because without realplayer linked to the browser, it cannot recognise the file.

If you have already installed reaplayer, you may have to go into your browser's settings/options and specify realplayer for .rm, .ram and .smi file types.
Or, install an older version like G2 and it will handle the browser link.

You may get a password request to play the video, you don't have to fill it in, just make it go away and the vids will play.

Hello Mystress, I hope all is well. I have placed an order for a CD because the video's always stop at the 20 second mark. This way I can view them when I wish.
Namaste
