Now that i have been releasing through grounding at all times healing seems to come at more of an ease...
I have studied many techniques and released on a certain subject in its many different forms and storage areas located thoughout my systems and when i utilize the tummo fire and get grounded i feel it dissolve.... its kinda funny...
Not sure it releases so quickly because i've done so much work in so many areas but it is so nice feel like i can return home with just relaxation and surrender..=-)...
