My name is Lori, and I've just joined the Fire Serpent Tantra group.
My relationship with K has been a long one, though for many years I was not aware of what was happening to me. It began when I was 9, when I fell and hit my coccyx very hard, and the memory of that incident is so clear it's like it happened yesterday. The energy began its journey in cleansing me, and I had many strange experiences that I found difficult to cope with alone, so as soon as I could I tried to escape by drinking alcohol, doing drugs and having lots of sex.
When I travelled to India for the first time in 1998 (also the year of my Saturn return at 28), I encountered Sai Baba, when I shot out of my body with a K rush and felt enormous bliss. This meeting snapped me into the long and arduous healing process that surprises me with how it continues to deepen as I grow.
I worked with MAS on the K-list in 2002, when I moved through some of the ego stuff with lightning speed with her help, but I needed to go away to sort some of the rest out on my own. I've rejoined this group, as I'm feeling the need to bolster my inner power to manifest my vision in the outer world. It is my hope to work with mothers, especially those who have experienced trauma in birth or are suffering from post-natal depression, so that they can support the future generation. Right now, I am coming up to the completion of a five-year transpersonal psychotherapy training, so my challenge is to go out there and make it happen.
I'm really looking forward to getting to know you all and to sharing experiences of the course and awakening with you.
