The entities classes following the heart voice class have been quite interesting (and entertaining) to go through. And I'd like to share some experiences I've had with them. :)

First, I realized that it was very hard to find the heart voice.. I asked something and I would get very conflicting answers from the ego. Most of it just seems to be mental garbage and fears however, and.. expectations. Expectations has been the biggest barrier.   Because my heart voice doesn't use words. Nor symbols, nor feelings. It just offers a certain -presence- It's unwavering and completely centered, and its messages are always simple. Often so simple it makes the limited part of me a bit annoyed. It often tells me to "Breathe, and trust, center yourself", and it shows with its presence, exactly how to do that. Without any explanation. Just giving me the understanding how. Just takes a bit of work to look through the mental whirlstorms sometimes. :)

Now with entities.. I learned two very interesting things.

One thing was during a cold and I experienced an -EXODUS- of entities.. I had lucid dreams with big trains, big masses of entities jumping onto a beam of light and shooting up into cosmos. The babble combined with the mushy mind of the cold was at times disturbing, but man did it feel liberating!  It all came when I learned the trinity surrender I posted about earlier. Somehow a channel was open, and things were just jumping onto it and out on its own.

I learned how to discern guides and masters when I got in touch with Saint Germain. Very interesting fellow. He's apparently been around with me for quite some time. I told him to go into the light. He did, with respect and honor. Then came back when I asked him to. No force involved.  He taught some very interesting meditations, like how to slow down and look through the mental whirlwind, and a very odd technique that ties the kundalini flow directly and activates dormant brain centers. Never read about it before in any book or scripture.

I've had some other entities around earlier, that were a bit more annoying. But there's definitely a difference with a Master.  They are incredibly honorable and respectful.

Something very amusing happened the same day when an inner voice called to me and said it was St Germain again, and followed quickly by saying "YOU MUST READ THE BIBLE AND BECOME A CHRISTIAN!!!!" oooookie. Let Goddess sort -that- one out, lol.  The heart voice -definitely- is of a different caliber, the Masters as well. Interesting with St.Germain is that he also suggested me to find my own empowerment rather than relying entirely on him.

All interesting stuff, but the heart voice definitely pays off the best. I wouldn't say I've perfected listening to and connecting to it yet, but it's definitely getting better and better every day.  Really nicely the way those lessons are set up!

Cool, how different that can be! I never got any answer save feelings, mostly of warmth, and mostly in my heart area or stomach, when I tried to contact the heart voice. No sign of entities or even of ego interfering. Everything was always just very quiet and peaceful, as is my mind most of the time (it seems I never have those %ldquomental whirl storms%rdquo, save maybe when I am working hard an focus my thoughts on something). The only thing that I can remember, that was probably an entity (or maybe even the heart voice), was once after I had practiced yoga nidra. I was thinking somewhat sadly on something that had not turned out as I had planned in my life. Then there was a quiet genderless voice saying: %ldquoThat does not matter much, I always wanted to%hellip%rdquo and then telling me something that has never been in my priorities. Afterwards I sent it into the light (or at least tried to), and after that I have never heard it again. On the other hand, I notice thought patterns, which might be entities, in my every day thinking. And when I have visions, I most often get an intuitive understanding of them, which might take the form of a voice.

Putting you into a state of surrender. Zen Master has a silent mind, and acts with perfection. Now you understand what that means... just listen to the silence, and it moves you... in perfection.

Just takes a bit of work to look through the mental whirlstorms sometimes. :)

That probably wasn't a cold... it was a cleansing. Shifting into a higher vibration.

Yup, and there are a lot of critters who claim the label but do not have the stuff!

A genuine ascended Master always will.

 I am moved to tell you, aint Germain is not a Saint, or even a Christian. According to history/mythology he was an alchemist/Mystic/Iluminati who discovered the Philosopers stone and became immortal... then Ascended. Some fiction stories have him as an honourable vampire who is immune to the usual poisons, like sunlight, and good with rescuing damsels in distress, and then charming the ladies out of a pint, here and there. (Karma Vampire Games.)

 Here is the kicker.. the philosopers stone, is the alchemy of the heart, transmutation. Turning lead to gold... ie: karma to pure creative energy. Now you have discovered it too. With it, you have raised your vibration and I'm not suprised you have become inhospitable to entities. Great work!
