See I have these obsessive thoughts about this one man, over and over him-him-him-him-him-him... When we're not in contact, time starts to fade it - and then when we do connect, it's all fresh again. Well, he connected Friday morning, and it's been him-him-him-him-him... He's in my dreams, in my constant thoughts, all I want to do it sit on the couch and think of him, what I'll say, what he's thinking... blurgh.

So I did super-chargola grounding, and then
... release to Goddess, and
... entity clearing, and
... empathic cord releasing, and
... karma give-backs, and
... an invitation to Tummo fire to gobble up, and
... drank in the sunset & moon while walking at the lake, and
... more releasing...
and seconds later, still, him-him-him-him-him!!! *grrrrrr*
So guess what, I stopped where I was at the lake, and I gave up. I did. It was quick, no big hulabaloo, no big ritual - I witnessed my sagging into not trying. And in that sag, I heard a very quiet "I give up"...
AND THEN! in that moment, I heard another voice!!
*so happy* The voice said to do the cord cutting again, this time ALL the cords that had to do with him, win-win or otherwise. And I did. I trusted. ... That felt great, and moments later as thoughts of him came again, I heard part II... to swap him with Goddess.
Can you imagine? I felt like I was rubbing the genie bottle, getting three wishes, and this was suddenly a permission to wish for unlimited wishes! The ultimate wish! And I swapped - something like "every thought of him become Goddess thought"... breathe, feel my tingling feet, and then BOOM... my crown opened way way up.
*blissy* I feel cool and warm all at once, and wide up there too - like my crown is wider than my head and body. I even feel like Goddess is sitting on my head! What a blessing... What an experience! *yay, dancing*

This is amazing indeed! And I totally understand the feeling. This is the type of experience that I had right before the first K experience in my life.. I had a rough time at work, and with a friend and just decided to give up.. Completely. I just gave myself all up. Next morning was all fireworks and the rest of that chabang.
It's such a liberating feeling! Every night before going to sleep, I tell Goddess within me that I wish to give up. More and more. It is so beautiful.

: What a great thing to have happen. Usually it is so easy just to keep thinking over and over the same ole things and it just becomes a habit of sorts..and yah it sucks basically.
