I've been using the grounding meditation video to do my grounding and this morning it won't let me connect. It says something about the server. Now I know we you have DNS connections, so I am baffled by what is going on.
Does the connection work sometimes and not others?
Is it okay to just do the meditation in my head from memory?
Is it just as effective once I have learned it correctly.
If so, this will simplify my practicing this 8 times a day. I won't have to change my entire schedule to drop everything and run to my computer.
I want to make the most out of my schooling here and so
I ask you what is the best way...and
is there something wrong with the internet connection today?

It happens to me all the time. I just keep restarting RealPlayer until it works!
Yes, of course! Learn it, do it on your own, anytime, anywhere. Doesn't it say so in the lesson?
