Please if you could help that would be great.
1st - was about Yoga. Is it possible to do it and stay grounded?
2nd - tingling feet. My head kinda fizzes like tingles, so do my hands, but I can feel my feet but no tingling, any suggestions?
3rd - Been practising grounding, averaging 5-6 at mo. But feeling much better. Today in class I experienced wierd feeling.
Three people around me, two stressed and one saying she was going to give up. As they were talking I suddenley realised that they were outside of me, normally I feel overwhelmed and end up feeling the same way without even realising it, but though I could hear and understand, it stopped about a foot in front of me, I couldn't see it, but there was a soft padding around me that seemed to leave them on the outside. I've never had that before. Is this part of the grounding? ( which I
love)I felt protected and given a choice about the situation, but
Is this being at peace or being in a witness state?
I had been practising witness, with message on hand "what are you thinking" so I remember not to get caught up munching in my mind, or constantly choreographying, because it tires me out.
I know your all alot more experienced and probably way past this.
But I REALLY would appreicate a response. Still find things abit shaky and wierd.
